ABOUT JESSICA

A trauma‑informed practitioner and licensed massage therapist since 2010, my

work is shaped by a background in biology and wildlife ecology, a lifelong connection to nature, and a deep respect for living systems. This perspective informs how I listen — to the person in front of me, to their body, and to the patterns that want to shift. Creating a secure, grounded space is central to every session.

My clinical focus includes corrective myofascial work, lymphatic therapy, craniosacral therapy, postpartum recovery, and specialized care for infants and children. Training in the Berry Method continues to deepen my understanding of the body’s innate intelligence and its ability to unwind dysfunction when given the right conditions.

Movement has been a constant thread in my life. Teaching yoga since 2006, with roots in the Iyengar and Viniyoga lineages and extensive study across Ashtanga, Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Disabilities, Dynamic Yoga, and Functional Movement, has shaped how I see the body’s capacity to adapt, reorganize, and heal.

Solace was founded from a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel good in their body, and everyone has the capacity to return to that state with skilled support. This space exists to offer quiet, safety, and the conditions for real change. I live and practice in Bethel, CT, and offer private yoga sessions and consultations worldwide via Zoom.
